  HOW IT WORKS!  Approximate Costing Form
 

Approximate costing gives you in detail an elemental break down of cost of each elements on an Sq.ft and. Sq.M basis and gives you listing of elements as it relates to the type of structure it also gives you a percentage factor to for percentage ratio of each element per Sq.ft or Sq.M. Persons wanting to know the cost per Sq.Ft or Sq.M of a Building or civil engineering structure can insert their total quantity and site conditions as it relates Rock or Normal Earth as a percentage and also for preliminaries. If the percentage factor for preliminaries is not inputted the percentage will be set as a default by the system for the particular structure, which deem to be the standard. The cost system automatically calculates the total cost of each element to give you an overall cost of the structure you require given the quantity you inserted by pressing the button RUN on your screen and the system automatically calculate cost for each element and give you a total value present or proposed of the structure. Finally you can print your cost report by pressing the button PRINT on your screen. Please see details below.

  • STEP 1: INSERT desired "Project Title" .

  • STEP 2:INSERT desired "Rock Percentage (%)" of Substructure in the TextBox provided.

  • STEP 3: INSERT desired "Square Footage (Sq. ft.)" of the overall Project in the TextBox provided.

  • STEP 4: INSERT desired "Preliminary Percentage (%)" of the overall Project in the TextBox provided.

  • STEP 5: PRESS the " RUN! " button to calculate the TOTAL COST of your project.

    *REPEAT STEPS [1 - 5] until you are completeley satisfied.

  • STEP 6: PRESS the "Print / Preview" button to recieve a Full Page Print out of the entire project with cost estimations of the desired Project.

    *This Print Out does NOT contain any personal information about the Customer or User.
